Hotel Room Reservations

Your hotel reservations can be made by calling Zermatt Resort and Spa at 1-866-534-9684. I have been told you don't need a conference code (which is #400548) just the name of the conference (WAM). The room rate is $139. PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOMS by February 16. After February 16, our block of rooms will be released and the conference rate is no longer guaranteed.

Fun Saturday Activities

  1. Herber Valley Railroad
    • A 2-hour ride on the historic, steam-powered Heber Valley train, through the most scenic parts of our surroundings, along the shores of Deer Creek Reservoir and the base of majestic Mt. Timpanogos, for an "over the river and through the woods" view of Heber Valley's breathtaking winter scenery. You may enjoy a variety of native wildlife, such as deer, bald eagles, elk, foxes and more. (Travelers would be returned to the hotel by 1:30 pm). The railroad’s website is: www.hebervalleyrr.org

  2. Using the 2002 Olympic Biathlon Venue to Teach Leadership
    • This experiential workshop shows participants how the Solder Hollow 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Biathlon venue is used to do team building and leadership development. Limited to 24 participants divided into teams of four, participants will be asked to cross country ski or snowshoe around a track and then shoot air rifles. Following the instruction, a competition will be conducted between teams. Participants will be back to the hotel by 3:15 pm.
